The staff are perfect, and the breakfast is traditional!

The venue was tidy, offered ideal location and drinks. Appreciated the downstairs bar. Clean bathroom, good bed, spacious bedroom. Plus their wifi was strong. You could walk to a market and shops. Besides, the area was peaceful, next to galeria krakowska.

It was awesome time in Krakow. The hotel was silent, the decorations were perfect.

Large room and enjoyable breakfast. The staff were more than helpful and seemed to be terrific. I got free upgrade and liked it. Perfect location, not too far from Main Square. And close to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

Would recommend for everyone. Greatly enjoyed the service and location, they were amazing. Extra heater were not a big deal too.

Our stay here was really good, lovely place for exploring Krakow. The window of our premier apartment was facing the garden. It deserves its 3 stars.

the awesome staff was much appreciated. adam mickiewicz monument was located only 1 km away, we could easily get there.
